Dylan von Deryk is a very handsome 2-3 year old German Shepherd whose alert eyes suggest that he is assessing everything that he sees.  Our kennel techs describe him as a “sweet, loving boy who is always wagging his tail and likes to cuddle with you.”  He nudges his head into your hand to get your attention.  Low-to-mid-energy Dylan has become more comfortable with kennel life (though he can hardly wait to leave), enjoying his walks but unsure about meeting new dogs.  In playgroups, too, he is somewhat tentative yet still wants to be one of the guys.  He does well with calm dogs but doesn’t care for the dominant, pushy types.  If you want a buddy to share your days and a friend to accompany you on outings, Dylan is eager to oblige.
